About Dunlop Aircraft Tyres

Dunlop Aircraft Tyres is a global supplier of new and retreaded tyres for the aerospace market. From its headquarters in Birmingham UK, new and retread tyres are designed, tested, manufactured, marketed and despatched.

The Dunlop Aircraft Tyres team of researchers, designers, engineers and technical specialists strive for technical superiority through innovation. New products are introduced into service regularly such as a new bias tyre for the A400M military transport plane and a new radial tyre for the Boeing 737 NG. The range of new tyres cope admirably with the industry’s requirements for increased take off and landing speeds, lower weights, higher loads, improved landing life and improved retread characteristics

logo of Dunlop Taikoo & China To recognise the growing importance of the Asia-Pacific region, Dunlop Aircraft Tyres has begun construction work on a new aircraft tyre retread facility in China. The facility, a Joint Venture with Haeco, Taeco and Taikoo, which is situated in Jinjiang, is planned to be operational in early 2009 for the sale of new Dunlop tyres and for the retreading of worn aircraft tyres.

Precision manufacturing and retreading processes in England (and soon to be in China) are controlled by rigorous quality control and inspection procedures. Dunlop Aircraft Tyres utilises state of the art processes and equipment and conducts over 100 separate quality checks every day.

Dunlop Aircraft Tyres aims to provide a global support service to match the quality and reliability of its products. Satisfying individual customer needs is made easy by the network of support locations and support companies Dunlop Aircraft Tyres work with in Asia, the Americas, Europe and Africa and the dedication and professionalism of each member of the Dunlop Aircraft Tyres team.
